We currently ship across India using multiple courier partners via Shiprocket.

💸 Shipping Charges

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Delivery location (pincode)

• Product weight and dimensions

• Selected courier service via Shiprocket

You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

🚀 Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Other Locations: 5–8 business days

• Please note: Delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or due to courier disruptions.

🔁 Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email to monitor your delivery in real time.

❗ Missed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If your order is undelivered and returned due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect address

• Repeated missed delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept

We will notify you. Re-shipping will be done only after re-confirmation, and additional shipping charges will apply.
