Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Ditya Creations, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every product. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of many of our items, we follow a strict yet fair refund and cancellation policy.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Received

2. Damaged Product Received

3. Order Lost in Transit (as confirmed by courier/Shiprocket)

To initiate a refund request, email us within 48 hours of delivery at thedityacreations@gmail.com with:

• Order ID

• Clear product images (unboxing video preferred)

• Description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

🚫 No Refunds For:

• Change of mind / dislike of the product after delivery

• Size or color complaints (if same as ordered)

• Minor color or thread variations (as products are handcrafted)

• Orders refused or not accepted upon delivery

🔁 Replacement (If Applicable)

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on stock availability. Return shipping will be arranged via our courier partner.
